Your Child's Journey Starts Here
Enrolling at Studio Kids is simple. We welcome new families throughout the year, and our team is here to walk you through every step – from your first visit to your child’s first day. Most students start on a Monday. The process typically takes about a week, depending on paperwork and Child Care Works co-payment confirmation. We accept private pay families as well as those using CCW funding through the ELRC.

*Summer program base rate is $175/week. Additional fees may apply for field trips and special outings. The center arranges as many free outings as possible.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–6:00 PM. Most students are full-time, 5 days per week.
Transportation available for students in the Harrisburg School District, including Downey Elementary School.

How to Enroll
STEP 2
Complete your enrollment application online via DocuSign or download the PDF.
STEP 3
Submit all required paperwork. All forms must be complete before your child’s first day.
STEP 4
Submit your child’s physical exam – required before the first day of attendance.
STEP 5
Attend an orientation/walkthrough. Meet the team and get your child ready for a great first Monday.

Tuition & Payment
Tuition is due weekly, in advance, by Friday for the upcoming week. A $5.00 per day late fee applies after 6:00 PM on Monday.
We accept: Venmo, Procare app payment, money orders, and cash.
Important tuition policies:
- Payment is required during illness, vacation, and observed holidays.
- A small additional fee may apply for field trips and special activities.
- Overtime charge of $1.00 per minute per child applies after your predetermined pickup time.
- Two weeks' written notice required to withdraw from the program.
Subsidized care available through Child Care Works (CCW). Contact us for assistance with the application process.
Day One Checklist
- Two full sets of labeled spare clothing appropriate for outdoor play
- Small labeled blanket and pillow for nap time (sent home for washing each Friday)
- Diapers, pull-ups, and wipes for infants and toddlers (parents supply their own)
- Completed enrollment paperwork and physical exam form - required before the first day
- Any prescription medications in original labeled container with written physician authorization
